With the rise of remote work setup, an increase in
mental, emotional, and physical problems from the remote workforce also increased. Based on a study conducted by Jones Lang La Salle (JLL),
more people want to work back at the office. We will try to uncover the reason behind this sudden change in choice. What factors instigated this change of preference?This is what we will try to uncover in this research, the struggles that remote workers are facing with the remote work setup, but also what works well with them. What works and what doesn’t and know why such a trend occurred. We will also look at what makes remote-work work for them. What benefits do they get? With this, we will know how we can address those benefits and struggles, and make use of these insights.
