I began in hospitality industry before transitioning to customer and technical support in BPO. I've always wanted to help people. But as I continue down that path, I realize I'm missing something, or there's something I really want to do but don't know what it is. That's when I was introduced to the role of UX designer, and I fell in love with it. I feel like I can finally do what I truly desire and reach out to more people to make a significant impact.
